“100 Years of Singing” Concert Series Honors Ahmed El Haggar

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, continues the “100 Years of Singing” concert series at the Main Hall of the Cairo Opera House to honor the late musician Ahmed El Haggar. During the evening, the famous Egyptian diva, Anoushka, and the young promising talent, Ahmed Ali El Haggar along with the great star, Ali El Haggar, mesmerized the audience with several songs that were composed by the late Ahmed El Haggar recalling memories of the eighties and nineties.
At the end of the celebration, Dr. Medhat El Adl, Head of the Authors, Composers and Publishers Association, presented a shield of honor to the late musician Ahmed El Haggar in appreciation and gratitude for what he has accomplished in Egyptian music scene. It was received by his brother, Ali Al Haggar.
