A Tribute to Abdel Halim Hafez and Shadia at Alexandria Opera House

The Cairo Opera House presented a special evening celebrating the timeless music of Abdel Halim Hafez and Shadia as the Alexandria Opera Ensemble for Arab Music and Singing concluded its artistic season. The concert was conducted by Maestro Ehab Abdel Hamid and took place at Alexandria Opera House “Sayed Darwish Theatre” on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

The concert’s program featured a rich selection of the duo’s most memorable songs, celebrating their enduring musical legacy and the lasting impact they have had on generations of audiences across the Arab world.
