COH’s New Cultural Season Begins

The Cairo Opera House commences its new cultural season under the auspices of Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Board.
Damanhour Opera House holds a cultural salon with the theme of “The Depiction of Family in Egyptian Drama” hosting the prominent Egyptian actor, Abdel Aziz Makhyoun, and led by Dr. Heba El-Osuly on Monday, 11 September 2023 at 7 p.m.
The cultural salon will include singing performance by Ahmed El-Rayani and Four Cats Band (Karma, Bahar, Rawan and Farida).
Noteworthy, the discussion will revolve around Abdel Aziz Makhyoun’s rich career and his most important TV drama roles. One of the main goals of art is to tackle and discuss various social issues, and accordingly, the portrayal of family is one of the most significant topics highlighted in the Egyptian drama.
