Abdel Halim Nowera Ensemble for Arab Music Performs Theme Songs of Ramadan Drama Series

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, hosts a concert titled “Ramadan Drama Series Theme Songs” by Abdel Halim Nowera Ensemble for Arab Music at the Main Hall on Thursday, 28 March 2024 at 9:30 p.m.
Conducted by Maestro Ahmed Amer, the concert’s program includes a selection of the most famous Ramadan drama series theme songs, evoking nostalgic memories and stirring deep emotions. Songs are featured by Amira Ahmed, Somia Wagdi, Kenzy, Hanan Essam, Mohamed Hassan, Walid Haydar, Moamen Khalil, and Mohamed Motwally.
Abdel Halim Nowera Ensemble for Arab Music was founded in 1967 by Maestro Abdel Halim Nowera. The Ensemble’s mission is to revive the authentic musical heritage, presenting various traditional vocal and musical forms. Throughout its artistic journey, the Ensemble has provided opportunities for contemporary music composers to present their excellent work within traditional frameworks.
