Ala Mar Al Ajyal Marks the Beginning of the Summer Festival in Damanhour

Beheira Governorate hosts the Summer Festival of Music and Singing organized by the Cairo Opera House under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Board. The Festival starts with Ala Mar Al Ajyal Ensemble concert conducted by Yasser Saeed and Mohamed Al-Khouli at Damanhour Opera House on Friday, 11 August at 8:30 p.m.

The program of the concert features a wide selection of Arab heritage compositions and contemporary Arab music.
Ala Mar Al Ajyal Ensemble was founded in 2015 by singers and musicians from the Alexandria Opera Ensemble for Music and Arab Singing with to monitor the development stages of Arab music and present classical and contemporary compositions. The Ensemble participated in a number of important events organized by the Cairo Opera House: the Roman Amphitheatre Festival in Alexandria, the Citadel Festival for Music and Singing, etc.
