Cultural Salon With Italian Egyptologist Alfredo Luvino at Arab Music Institute

Within the cultural and intellectual activities endorsed by the Ministry of Culture with the aim to promote mutual understanding and dialogue among civilizations, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision Dr. Khaled Daqher, hosts a Cultural Salon with the participation of the Italian Egyptologist Alfredo Luvino, the Egyptian historian Dr. Bassam El-Shamaa (a distinguished international lecturer and tourist guide). The salon is moderated by Dr. Fawzy Essa, Assistant Professor at the Department of Italian Language, Faculty of Alsun, Ain Shams University, with translation by Islam Fawzy. The event takes place at the Arab Music Institute on Tuesday, 2 January 2024 at 7 p.m.
During the Cultural Salon, Alfredo Luvino discusses his studies in Ancient Egypt focusing on his recent publications and a collection of artifacts from the Egyptian Museum in Turin, Italy.
