Egyptian Ministry of Culture Continues the Activities of the 32nd Arab Music Festival and Conference

Under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, the 32nd Arab Music Festival and Conference is ongoing, with four concerts scheduled in Cairo and Alexandria on Saturday, 12 October 2024, at 8:30 p.m.
At the Fountain Theater, a concert featuring masterpieces of Abdel Halim Hafez and presented by opera stars under the baton of Maestro Ahmed Amer is held.
Simultaneously, at the Arab Music Institute, artist Nancy Mounir presents a unique artistic experience titled "Nuzhat El Nufous"; a musical journey that takes us back to the 1920s.
At the Gomhouria Theater, the Arab Takht Ensemble, conducted by Dr. Yasser Moawad, performs classic Arab songs.
At Sayed Darwish Theater, Syrian singer Waad Al-Bahri and Iraqi singer Humam Ibrahim perform a varied selection of Arab songs accompanied by the Arab Music Heritage Orchestra and conducted by Maestro Mohamed El Mougy.
Meanwhile, the Small Hall hosts the opening of the scientific conference sessions accompanying the 32nd Arab Music Festival. The first session discusses "Cultural Influences and the Reality of Arab Music”.
