“Flood of Thoughts” Exhibition at Salah Taher Gallery

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, hosts an art exhibition titled “Flood of Thoughts” by Adel Bassiouny. The exhibition opens at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 9 January 2025 at Salah Taher Gallery and continues until Thursday, 16 January 2025 featuring approximately 28 artworks executed with acrylic colors, wood, and paper. These pieces reflect the artist’s life reflections and accumulated personal experiences in Egypt and abroad, transforming them into artistic creations. Most of the works belong to expressive and abstract styles.
Adel Bassiouny is a Cairo-born artist (1949) and a member of the Syndicate of Fine Artists. He has held numerous solo exhibitions in Egypt and abroad, including “The Path of Colors” (France) and “Sand and Snow” at the Cairo Opera House. He has also participated in many group exhibitions, such as The Contemporary Art Market and The International Contemporary Art Exhibition (France).
