Heritage Arab Music Ensemble at Arab Music Institute

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, is organizing a concert by the Heritage Arab Music Ensemble, conducted by Maestro Mohamed El Mogy at the Arab Music Institute on Sunday, 10 November 2024 at 8 p.m.
The concert’s program includes a varied selection of heritage Arab songs performed by Radwa Saeed, Reem Hamdy, Hanan El Kholy, Noha Hafez, Ahmed El Waziry, Mohamed Shawky, Mohie Salah, and Ahmed Mohsen.
The Heritage Arab Music Ensemble was founded to revive the Arab music heritage, a purely Egyptian legacy that was produced by a number of great musicians through successive generations. Members of the Heritage Arab Music Ensemble are selected from the most skilled musicians and distinguished voices of heritage keepers. Notably, the Ensemble performed its first concert at the Arab Music Institute in 2004.
