Hisham Abbas Revives Memories while Simone Evokes Reminiscences of the Past
Massive crowds of spectators enjoyed the presence of icons of the 90s at the events of the 31st Citadel Festival for Music and Singing organized by the Cairo Opera House under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Board.
Among his diverse works that characterized the artistic scene in the late 20th, Hisham Abbas performed a variety of his famous songs. On the other hand, Simone, participating for the first time at Citadel Festival for Music and Singing, evoked nostalgia for the past. She performed a selection of her distinguished works. The singer and composer, Assem Fawzy, also participated in the event.
