Masterpieces of Tarab by Heritage Arab Music Ensemble at Arab Music Institute

under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, is organizing a concert by the Heritage Arab Music Ensemble, conducted by Maestro Farouk El Bably, at the Arab Music Institute on Sunday, 5 May 2024 at 8:30 p.m.
The concert’s program includes selections from the masterpieces of Arab Tarab composed by prominent composers. Songs are featured byRadwa Saeed, Mazen Deraz, Angham Moustafa Ahmed Mohsen, Ahmed Sabry, Hanan Essam,Yasser Soliman and Hanan El Kholy.
The Heritage Arab Music Ensemble was founded to revive the Arab music heritage, a purely Egyptian legacy that was produced by a number of great musicians through successive generations. Members of the Heritage Arab Music Ensemble are selected from the most skilled musicians and distinguished voices of heritage keepers. Notably, the Ensemble performed its first concert at the Arab Music Institute in 2004.
