Naguib Mahfouz’s Cairo at Cairo International Book Fair

Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, is participating in the 57th  Cairo International Book Fair through its cultural and intellectual activities, by holding an evening entitled “Naguib Mahfouz’s Cairo… Following in Naguib’s Footsteps in the City,” as part of the “Spirits in the City” series  prepared and presented by journalist Mahmoud Al-Tamimi from his cultural project, “Cairo is My Address.”

The event  takes place on Thursday,  29 January 2026,  Diwan Al-Shi’r Plaza Hall (1), under the supervision of Rasha Al-Faqi.
