*“Oriental Music” by Karim Gohar at Small Hall*

In line with Egypt's prolific cultural scene, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamiaa Zayed, is hosting a concert by the renowned Egyptian composer and pianist, Karim Gohar, titled "Oriental Music" at the Small Hall on Sunday, 19 May 2024 at 8:30 p.m.
The concert’s program features a diverse selection of Oriental compositions by prominent Arab composers performed on piano for the first time. These include "One Thousand and One Nights” Overture and "Black Eyes" by Baligh Hamdy, “Lover of the Soul" by Mohamed Abdel Wahab, "My Beloved" by Mohamed Fawzy, and "Our First Meeting" by Mounir Mourad, in addition to Karim Gohar’s composition "First Love" and others.
