“Scheherazade” and “Bolero” at the Main Hall

Under the auspices of Dr. Gihan Zaki, Minister of Culture, and following its massive public success, the Cairo Opera House restaged the performances of "Scheherazade" (Tchaikovsky) and "Bolero" (Ravel).
The production was performed by the Egyptian Modern Dance Theatre Company, choreographed and directed by Walid Aouni, and accompanied by the Cairo Opera Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Mohamed Saad Basha.
These performances marked the conclusion of the 2025–2026 artistic season, running for two consecutive days at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, June 24 and 25, at the Main Hall.
