Stars of the Kolthoumiat Series at the Arab Music Institute

The Cairo Opera House presented a special concert as part of the Kolthoumiat concert series, performed by the Abdel Halim Noweira Ensemble for Arab Music. The first concert of the new 2026–2027 season was conducted by Maestro Salah Ghobashi and took place at at the Arab Music Institute on Sunday, 13 September 2026 at 8 p.m.

The ensemble’s female stars performed a carefully selected repertoire of masterpieces by the legendary Umm Kulthoum, featuring works created through her collaborations with some of the most prominent Arab composers and lyricists.
