“The Day of Culture” Celebration to Pay Tribute to Egypt's Creators and Intellectuals at Cairo Opera House

Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Culture, announced that a great celebration is going to be held to honor the efforts of Egyptian creators and cultural figures who contributed to preserving the authentic Egyptian identity and achieved distinguished achievements throughout 2024.
The Minister explained that the event is going to be organized at the Main Hall of the Cairo Opera House on Wednesday, 8 January 2025.
Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno said: “This celebration comes as an affirmation of the pivotal role of creators and intellectuals in shaping national awareness and enriching the Egyptian cultural scene. It is a message of gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of those who preserved the Egyptian cultural heritage and contributed with their creativity to enhancing Egypt’s artistic and cultural status at the local and international levels.”
The celebration aims to honor the most prominent figures who have made pioneering contributions in the fields of literature, art, theatre, cinema and music.
