Third Edition of “Egypt: The Eternal Legend" Exhibition at Salah Taher Gallery

The Cairo Opera House is hosting the third edition of Ehab Menna’s “Egypt: The Eternal Legend" Exhibition at Salah Taher Gallery from Thursday, 1 August 2024 to Thursday, 8 August 2024.
The exhibition showcases 36 ballpoint pen drawings through which Ehab Menna’ demonstrates his pride of Egypt's long and glorious history, which spans over 7,000 years and is marked by greatness and majesty. Menna’ expressed his conviction that we live in an exceptional nation, despite the challenges it currently faces. He added that "Egypt: The Eternal Legend" is the culmination of 12 years of research, drawing, documentation, and effort. It portrays significant historical events, influential figures, and pivotal battles in Egyptian history.
Ehab Menna’ is a plastic artist who graduated from the Faculty of Art Education and is a member of the Syndicate of Fine Artists. He has participated in numerous local and international exhibitions. The first and second edition of "Egypt: The Eternal Legend" exhibition were previously held at the Cairo Opera House’s Salah Taher Gallery in 2019 and 2020.
He has received several awards, including an award from the Egyptian Critics Association (ICA) at the Small Artworks Salon (2002) and a Certificate of Appreciation at the Sixth Small Artworks Salon (2003).
Internationally, he won the first prize for his artwork "Nature and Environmental Protection" from the National Guard's Cultural Competition held in Saudi Arabia in 1997.
