Three Concerts on Fifth Night of 32nd Arab Music Festival and Conference

Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, the activities of the 32nd Arab Music Festival and Conference, organized by the Cairo Opera House, continue on Tuesday, 15 October 2024.
At the Fountain Theatre, Amr Selim presents a solo piano performance while Ayat Farouk, the great artist Fouad Zabadi and Mohamed Mohsen, mesmerizes the Festival’s audience with popular Arab songs.
The events extend to the Gomhouria Theater, where Ahmed El Emari and his ensemble present a concert titled “Naqshabandiat” that features works by Sheikh Sayed El Naqshabandi.
At the Arab Music Institute, an innovative artistic experience is presented that revolves around the mutual influences between Arab classical music and Spanish flamenco music. The experience is presented by the Egyptian composer, Hesham Essam, and the Spanish guitarist, Paco Soto.
At the Small Hall, a Cultural Salon is held under the title “Music in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges” with the participation of a group of experts and specialists, including Dr. Ahmed Darwish, Dr. Hossam Lotfy, Maestro Amir Abdel Majeed, and Amr Mostafa. The Salon is chaired by Ambassador Lamia Makheimer.
