Three Diverse Events at the Launch of Cairo Opera Ramadan Evenings in Cairo & Alexandria

The Cairo Opera House launches its Ramadan Evenings program on Sunday, 9 March 2025 at 9:30 p.m. which includes three diverse events held in Cairo and Alexandria.
At the Cairo Opera House, the evening begins with the Military Band, conducted by Maestro Hassan Fekry, welcoming the audience to the Opera House courtyard with a selection of patriotic and religious musical works and enthusiastic marches, celebrating the anniversary of the victories of the 10th of Ramadan.
At the Open Air Theater, the Ballet Class and the Youth and Children Choir of the Talents Development Center, feature Salah Jahin’s and Sayed Mekkawy’s masterpiece “El Leila El Kebira”.
Simultaneously, at the Arabic Music Institute, the Religious Song Ensemble, conducted by Maestro Omar Farahat, presents a concert featuring a selection of religious songs.
At the same time, the Alexandria Opera House hosts a concert by the El Hadra Ensemble for Sufi Singing featuring a collection of famous supplications, madih works, as well as special chants for the holy month of Ramadan.
