Under the Auspices of Dr. Nevine El Kilany, Minister of Culture, the Cairo Opera House Celebrates the Golden Jubilee of the 6th of October Victory

Special Events at the Cairo Opera House’s Theatres in Cairo, Alexandria & Damanhour
Under the auspices of Dr. Nevine El Kilany, Minister of Culture, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Board, celebrates the golden jubilee of the glorious 6th of October victory. A number of remarkable events are held on its various theatres in Cairo, Alexandria and Damanhour.
At the Main Hall on Friday, 6 October 2023 at 8:30 p.m., the National Arab Music Ensemble presents a concert conducted by Maestro Mostafa Helmy, and featuring Ahmed Gamal, Sara Zaki, Ahmed Saeed, and Ahmed Essam. The evening will include selections of patriotic songs that echo the nationalistic sentiments of Egyptian people.
At Gomhouria Theatre on Saturday, 7 October 2023 at 8:30 p.m., students of the Talents Development Centre will give a concert performing a selection of patriotic and glorious musical tableaus.
At Damanhour Opera House on Thursday, 5 October 2023, 8:30 p.m., Yasser Salman and Rehab Omar will sing a number of patriotic and love songs.
At Damanhour Opera House on Monday, 9 October 2023 at 7 p.m., a cultural salon hosting Major General Yehia El-Luqani, a hero of the Armed Forces and Captain Omar Ezz El-Din, Commander of the Eilat operations is going to be held. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Ghani will lead the salon under the supervision of Amin El Serafi. The salon will include an operetta about 6th of October victory and a poetry recitation by Mahmoud El-Keriti.
At Alexandria Opera House "Sayed Darwish Theatre" on Tuesday, 10 October 2023, at 8:30 p.m., a concert by the Talents Development Center students is going to be held under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Saber. The special needs choir class, trained and supervised by Mervat Hammam, is going to be accompanied by the Children’s and Youth Orchestra, under the supervision of Dr. Nevine El-Mahmoudi. The concert includes a carefully selected number of songs that promote the values of loyalty and belonging to the homeland.
