16 November 2023

As part of the World Children’s Day celebrations, the Cairo Opera House organizes a concert by the Alexandria Opera Talents Development at Damanhour Opera House on Sunday, 19 November at 7 p.m.
The program includes a selection of Arab and international compositions performed by violin class students (trained by Magy Magdy), guitar class students (trained by Lilian Mikhail), oud class students (trained by Basma Saleh), and percussion class students (trained by Saeed El-Artist).
The World Children’s Day was declared in 1954 as a global occasion celebrated on 20 November each year. The annual event aims to promote international solidarity and is dedicated to raising awareness about children’s rights and improving their welfare.
