Cairo Opera House Celebrates National Police Day & 25th of January Revolution Anniversary

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, hosts a special celebration featuring the Talents Development Center Children and Youth Choir, trained and led by Maestro Dr. Mohamed Abdel Sattar, and the Talents Development Center Ballet Class at the Main Hall on Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 8 p.m.

The celebration begins with the National Anthem, followed by recorded speeches by the late Sheikh Mohamed Metwally Al-Sha’rawi and Pope Shenouda. After that, a documentary about the Battle of Ismailia and the Wahat Incident is showcased.

The concert’s program includes popular national songs accompanied by dance tableaus performed by Lamis Mahmoud, Eman, Mohamed Mahmoud, Sandra Emad, Sharaf Ahmed, Habiba, Mahdi Mohamed, Ahmed Fayed, Ahmed Tarek, Khaled, Rokia Mustafa, Ziad Waleed, Hossam, Ahmed Sami, Malak Ahmed, Mariam Hanafi, Ayten Mohamed, Malak Gohar, Shams El-Din, Lugian Tamer, Amel Ahmed, Ahmed Magdy, and Mohamed El-Bahiry.
