Oeuvre, Life, and Career of Soheir Abou Shady in her Retrospective Exhibition “Sweet Rowing 2” at Salah Taher Gallery

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, hosts the retrospective exhibition "Sweet Rowing 2" by Soheir Abou Shady at Salah Taher Gallery on Saturday, 18 January 2025, at 6 p.m. and continues until Monday, 20 January 2025.
The exhibition includes 30 paintings that represent the oeuvre, life, and career of Soheir Abou Shady.
Soheir Abou Shady graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphics Department in 1968. She obtained a MA in Graphics in 1991 and a PhD in Fine Arts in 2001. She won several awards and has private collections in many prominent venues, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and others. She held solo exhibitions in Cairo and some governorates, including Assiut, Arish, and Suez, and participated in several local and international group exhibitions.
