Sculptures Depicting Romantic Tales at Cairo Opera House

Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Cairo Opera House, is going to inaugurate an art exhibition titled “Romantic Sculptural Tales” by the artist, Ibrahim Ahmed, Professor of Sculpture and Former Head of the Department of Art Education at Mansoura University. The exhibition will be held on Thursday, 7 September at Salah Taher Gallery and runs until 16 September 2023.
The exhibition showcases 25 wood sculptures of different sizes. In his artworks, the artist skillfully captures the emotions and inner dialogues within the values of family bonds and domestic feelings.
Through the skillful employment of sculptural elements, Ibrahim Ahmed demonstrates the richness of his ideas and uniqueness of his sculptural works.
