Talents with Disabilities at Gomhouria Theatre

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, organizes a concert by the Talents Development Center at Gomhouria Theatre on Monday, 25 December 2023 at 7 p.m.
The concert features performances by students with disabilities from the Arab singing class (trained by Mervat Farid) and the ballet class (trained by Aisha Fouad). The Arab singing class will perform a variety of songs including traditional Egyptian songs, patriotic songs, and New Year’s songs. On the other hand, the ballet class performs a medley of ballet classics.
The Talents Development Center was established to enhance artistic taste and nurture talented individuals across various art domains. It encompasses multiple departments and regularly organizes events to encourage and acknowledge the efforts of students in their respective courses.
