Treasures of Peruvian Handicrafts at Salah Taher Gallery

The Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of Dr. Lamia Zayed, hosts the "Treasures of Handicrafts" Exhibition by the Peruvian Embassy in Cairo. The exhibition opens on Sunday, 2 February 2025, at Salah Taher Gallery and continues until Saturday, 8 February 2025 showcasing more than 1300 items, including ceramics, multi-colored textiles made from natural fibers, wooden and silver pieces, miniature stories, and others. Vibrant colors, natural materials, and traditional techniques blend together to create works of art that reflect the country's cultural identity and connect the past to the present by combining ancient traditions with contemporary artistic expressions.
