Cairo Symphony Orchestra Celebrates "European Culture Day" at the Main Hall

In a grand artistic celebration, the Cairo Opera House, hosted a high-profile concert to commemorate "European Culture Day." The performance featured the Cairo Symphony Orchestra, under the artistic direction of Maestro Ahmed El-Saedi, and conducted by the Italian guest conductor Giovanni Pompeo Pifano. The concert took place at 7:30 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Main Hall.

The concert’s program featured a selection of world-renowned classical masterpieces composed by musical legends, including: Piano Concerto No. 2 by Dmitri Shostakovich and Symphony No. 9 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
