Kharma’s Compositions at the Cairo Opera House

The Summer Festival of Music and Singing organized by the Cairo Opera House under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Cairo Opera House, hosts a concert by Hisham Kharma at the Open Air Theatre on Wednesday, 26 July at 8:30 p.m.

The program of the concert features a number of Kharma’s compositions in which he merges Eastern and Western tunes with a contemporary artistic vision including Andalus, First Voyage, Kun, Hope, Kholkhal, Valley of the Kings, Al Hekaya, Faith, Marrakech, Badr, Al Ghoroub, Al Yaqeen, Al Bedaya, Al Nehaya along with several famous compositions like Helwa Balady El Samra, Shams El Zanaty and others.

Hisham Kharma is an Egyptian pianist, composer and music producer who has presented successful live-concerts at various cultural venues. He has composed a large number of famous soundtracks and participated in artistic works with Egyptian poets and singers. He has released multiple chart-topping albums and singles that articulate the diversity and broad versatility of his music. His albums include “First Voyage”; “Arabesque” in which he cooperated with Grammy-award winner Yanni; “Al Yaqeen”; and “Kun”.
