Marimba by Nesma Abdel Aziz at the Open-Air Theater

The Cairo Opera House presented a concert by marimba player Nesma Abdel Aziz and her ensemble at 7:30 PM on Thursday, May 14, at the Open-Air Theatre.

The program featured a selection of famous Arabic and Western compositions, rearranged especially to suit the marimba instrument.

The concert came as part of the Opera House’s ongoing commitment to presenting diverse forms of serious artistic creativity and offering audiences the opportunity to experience a variety of refined musical styles.
