With the support of the Minister of Culture Events of the 31st Citadel Festival Live on Al Hayah TV

Chairman of the Cairo Opera House: “Broadcasting the events of the Citadel Festival on television provides an opportunity to experience a versatile spectrum of serious arts and aims to elevate artistic taste.”
With the support of Dr. Neveen El Kilany, Minister of Culture, Dr. Khaled Dagher, Chairman of the Board of Cairo Opera House, announced an agreement with the United Media Services Company, represented by the Al Hayah TV network, to broadcast the events of the 31st session of the International Citadel Festival for Music and Singing. The Festival extends for 14 days from 25 August to 7 September 2023.
Dagher emphasized that broadcasting the Citadel Festival events live on Al Hayah TV is a result of collaboration with the United Media Services Company. He noted that this initiative provides an opportunity for Egyptian audience belonging to all age groups and social levels to explore various serious art forms, and aims to foster and promote artistic taste. He added that the events include a rich and diverse array of artistic performances befitting the Festival's heritage, and the unique cultural and artistic status of the Cairo Opera House.
